Really proud to have designed the EP cover art and single art for the pop punk band Cheer Up Dusty’s newest release “Don’t take it personally, Take it Seriously.” I knew right away that this project was going to be something special when I asked the band for examples of art to use for inspiration and they pulled up personal collage pieces of mine on Instagram. This lit a fire in me since I finally had an external project where I could lean into my own style and explore the art I love.
This was a dream project for me and I’m so fortunate to have had the opportunity to make artwork for such a cool band!

Singles
The 4 single art covers were a unique challenge since the band wanted each one to reference a different genre of movie and incorporate a VHS Tape. We really wanted each cover to feel unique so real VHS tapes were used which allowed me the ability to scan, photograph, and in one case smash the tape with a hammer to achieve the desired look.
